  2. Talk through your challenges and goals

  3. Hear more details on approach, logistics and pricing

STEP 2

After our call, Jen will recommend either the comprehensive 12-week program or propose a customized program tailored to your exact goals and needs.

STEP 3

If you decide to work with Jen and complete the initial engagement, clients tend to move forward in the following ways:

  • Continue on a bi-weekly, monthly or quarterly basis for ongoing support and accountability

  • Move to a more flexible engagement and book sessions on an ad hoc basis as new needs, goals and challenges come up
